looks good to me ray, i'd advice to keep practicing at slower tempos till you can get 10 rounds or more up and down the strings accurately without playing any dead notes. that's how i set goals. then you can move on to the next setting on your metronome. hope this helps! keep picking!!

looking really good matgeorge! i have the same problem with the ladders you did. i was told to keep fretting 1st and 2nd fingers on a string while doing ladders on 3 and 4. this is really hard though!!
