3 notes per string sclale

Hello
I have recently learned the 3 notes per string scale position and even though is harder than the previous scale positions i used to practise on it is more "colourful" i think..the thing is i havent seen the 3 note per string scale position on pebber's lessons and since i know he is the best i am starting to question my opinion on this scale position.sooo what do you think i should do .do i keep the 3 note per sclale position or should i use one of those one pebber lessons..i look forward to your answers..
