5's and 7's timing support group

This thread is for any who want to expand these rhythmic shapes beyond their current capacity...I for one must say that depending on the complexity of an idea...I still sometimes stumble on these rhythms...I know I cant be the only one.

for instance...i really wish my flutters could tune to a fraquency of 5 or 7....at the moment its either triplet or non...triplet when fluttering...how can I prograM myself to flutter 5 & or 7's???`
