dvd shipment status

i ordered one of your "Picking Techniques Vol" DVD's on 3.10.13 paid via paypal.

it hasn't been that long though i'm curious to the status of shipment.

Yes I emailed the manufacturer tonight to see why the payment isnt listed. If we can wait for a response to see whats up then it might be ok - either that or I can schedule a refund and you can re-order it again and hope there is no glitch the second time around. This is a weird one I have not had this happen before.

sure we can wait, no problem. i may have clicked something incorrect when ordering, can't say for sure. let me know how to proceed at that time.

as i mentioned, you provide quite enough free educational study/practice material to keep me busy.
