Starting out with paid lessons...a little guidance please

I am getting started with the one-lesson/month online lessons. I'd like some guidance on where to spend my time. I have been playing for over 20 years, without any formal lessons, and my technique is a living testament to it.

Let's start with Module 1. I've seen the worksheet, the Daily Practice videos, and even Module 1 PRACTICAL videos. I noticed that the PRACTICAL videos have different content (i.e. picking on Am Pentatonic scales) vs the DAILY PRACTICE videos (i.e. picking on an Esus7 chord). Which should I focus my efforts on?

Just do the exercises on the picking worksheet page and make a video for peer review.
