I have constructed a binder full of notes and print-outs and i'd like to order it in a linear way so I can see what I have worked on and what it should build up to.

My question is this: would it be make more sense to have picking technique in front of fret hand technique? One could argue that both are equally important because one directly effects the other.

This isn't really a yes or no question, just your two cents.

This also isn't in regards to my practice routine, merely just a binder i'm working on that represents what's established and whats to come.
