Problem with PT V3 DVD.

Hello,

First off I want to say thanks for the speedy delivery of the 3 DVDs I ordered just before xmas, they arrived yesterday and kept me busy for most of the day. However, I have a problem with the copy of Volume 3 you've sent out in that the first chapter on the disc (RightHand_Part_7A)seems to have been corrupted as it stops playing at around 1:23 and about 10 minutes of the chapter are unplayable. I have inspected the media itself and there are no visible defects on the disc, no scratches, no dirt and the substrate doesn't look to be damaged. Is there anything you can do to help?
