Hello Pebber, i can understand you concern with me leaving so soon.
I've learned a lot from your videos, and everyone on this forum is very helpful and kind. I'm just looking for face to face, more local type of lessons.
I'll probably still post here, and show my progress with my new teacher. (Nobody HAS to respond).
I intend to continue watching your vast library of precise guitar lessons and continue to learn from them.
thank you everyone
(side note: Those were the first three positions of the 5 pos. CAGED system, although my fingering was a bit awkward).
as you might know, i've been playing the guitar for about 5 to 6 years, although i've been more serious over the last 6-7 months since i've found pebber. I'm interested in a book that can help me read sheet music and also explains theory in both a detailed and effective way. I struggle to learn songs because i can only read tab, and i feel that the more i get used to it, the harder it will be to read sheet music. Let me know your recommendations and i'll be back making videos very soon!
i am unbelievably sorry for calling him pepper, for some reason that's how my small brain read it after all these months of watching his videos. Thanks for the tips, i'll be sure to keep on practicing! (as well as making my videos much shorter)
Going through the first few modules. With this one i tend to stay on each string for a little long, so feel free to skip though and you'll get the same idea.
thats right on the dot pebber, i've been getting ahead of myself. I need to master the first few modules before i can truly practice the more advanced.
this video is a little long, and i do believe i repeat myself, nor am i sure you guys have all the answers to all of these questions about module four, though maybe some of you will.
In this video i practice the spider, i go a little too fast especially with 5.23, though in the end i feel i practiced it somewhat well. Though, feel free to share thoughts.
thanks, i'll work on that! And yea, i guess i was a little nervous with my first time on the forums and all so i went a little too fast, so i'll practice to a slow pulse and we'll see what happens.
Also i had a few questions about being an online student and i'm not sure if you have the questions but maybe pepper will.
1. I really want to try and do every module each day i practice though not every module is discussed on video (Pepper sure does go into detail on the first few though). I'm trying to look up what each module is asking for though other online videos though i'm not sure if that's how pepper wants me to practice them. And i am a level one so i dunno if i just need to get to higher levels to have access to modules 3-7 videos.
2. Again the lessons are being paid through my mom's E-mail, though i use my personal e-mail on the forums. i'm not sure if that would affect me or not, just wondering.
3. Thanks again for your feedback, it will surely help me along the way.
I've been watching pepper's videos since June of last year. I just recently joined through my mom's paypal (Martha) Though i her son, (Connor aka pinkmoonman) am the one interested in lessons. Anyways, these videos show me practicing some of the modules of the daily practice routine. Please critique! Thanks, Glad to be aboard!
